Ingredients: 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion 2 tablespoons olive oil or oil 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 cup sliced green or red peppers 1 cup sliced zucchini 1/2 teaspoon crushed basil 1/4 cup chopped shelled pistachios
