Directions:1.Preheat oven to 450? F. Lightly grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish. 2.Combine muffin mix, water, eggs and chili powder in medium bowl; add beef, salsa, 1 cup cheese and corn. Place into prepared baking dish. 3.Bake for 20 minutes; top with remaining cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serve over lettuce. |
