Ingredients: 1 lb. lutefisk 1 lb. potatoes 1/2 lb. potato sausage 1 can green peas 2 cups white sauce: 4 tbsp butter 1.5 cu. milk flour Salt and pepper to taste Directions:1. Get rid of that leftover lutefisk. The can of peas is added because peas are part of all Finnish cooking. 2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes or until soft. Add the fish, potato sausage and peas. |
