Ingredients: 6 sm kohlrabies, peeled, juliennd caraway seed 1/4 c onion, chopped pepper, black 1/2 c butter 3 ea eggs salt 4 oz ham, chopped fine Directions:Fry onion in butter, add kohlrabies, salt and spices. Simmer, adding occasionally water or stock. When tender, add beaten eggs and when they set, add ham (or finely chopped leftover meat). Serve with potatoes or toast. |
