Chicken with cornel
Ingredients:
1 ea chicken.
1 c dried cornel.
1/2 c raisins.
2 ts sugar.
3 tb parsley green.
1 tb dill.
1/4 ts ground black pepper.
1 tb flour.
1 c broth.
salt.

Directions:
Boil chicken in water until done. Cut out into portion slices. Fry flour with butter until light golden and dissolve in broth. Add chopped green, raisins, soaked cornel, spices, salt and bring to boil. Put in chicken slices and stew on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
