Jizzali non - flat bread with fat
Ingredients:
1 kg or 7 1/2 cups flour
2 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
40 g (1 1/2 oz.) yeast
1 cup cubed animal fat

Directions:
Fry fat, drain, and cool. Prepare dough as in flat bread recipe above owrking in pieces of fat evenly throughout the dough. Divide dough into 40 g (1 1/2 oz) pieces and roll into balls. Continue with Obi-non recipe.
