Chicken paprikas with sour cream
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken separate at the joins or 5-6 chicken legs cut them at joints
1 large finely chopped onion
1 medium size cubanell or european style green pepper (chopped)
1 medium size ripe tomatoe (sliced 6-8 peices)
7 Tbs. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large Tbs. of paprika
1 tsp. vegeta
1 Tbs. ketchup
1/4 tsp. of grated black pepper
1 tsp. of majoram leaves
2 tsp. of flour
1 tub. 500g. of sour cream
between 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water

Directions:
In a medium pot fry the finely chopped onion in the oil medium brown. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs. of mild to hot paprika, toss in the chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes with constant stiring. Add the water, green pepper, tomatoe, salt, black pepper, vegeta, ketchup, majoram leaves. In low heat simmer under lid till tender, with occasional stir. At the end mix 2 tsp. of flour into the sour cream and bled it to the chicken paprikas. The chicken paprikas has a fine rich gravy when it is done.
