1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Sea salt
3 cups red cabbage, shredded
3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1 green apple, peeled, cored, and cut into thin slices
1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onions and saute until golden.
2. Add cabbage, apples, vinegar, honey, salt, and caraway seeds, and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
