| Ingredients: 500 gm minced raw chicken
one-and-a-half cups fresh breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, grated
half teaspoon mixed dry herbs
pinch nutmeg
half teaspoon salt
quarter teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions:1. Combine all ingredients well and lightly pack into small loaf dish or micro-proof ring dish.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for four minutes. Reduce setting to Medium for three minutes.
3. Allow to stand for five minutes, covered, before slicing, or, chill and serve cold with salad.
