Ingredients: 12 oz mushrooms, fresh, sliced 1 ea bouillon cube 1 ea onion, chopped 4 T cream 1 T oil for frying salt 1 oz bacon pepper, black 1/4 c flour 6 oz wine, red 5 c water parsley, chopped Directions:1. Fry mushrooms and onion in oil. Fry bacon until crisp. Combine bacon with mushrooms and onion. Sprinkle with flour, brown, add water with bouillon cube and simmer. 2. When mushrooms are tender, add cream, salt, pepper and wine. Serve with parsley. |
