2 cups sugar
2 cups butter
6 bananas, well mashed
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda

Mix sugar and butter in a large bowl. Add bananas and eggs. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together, then transfer to bowl. Blend all ingredients together until moistened; do not over-mix. Pour batter into muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
