Ingredients: 3 ea eggs 1 pn salt 1/2 c milk 2 T butter for frying 1/2 c flour FILLING: 2 T butter salt 3 tb flour 1 pn pepper milk 1 tb cheese, grated lemon peel 6 oz poultry leftovers
Directions:1. Beat egg with milk and flour. Add a little salt. Pour small amounts of batter in a non-stick frying pan and prepare thin pancake. 2. Filling: prepare light roux from butter and flour, dilute with milk and simmer. Flavor with grated lemon peel, salt, pepper, add grated cheese and meat (chicken, beef or smoked sausage) cut into cubes. 3. Spread filling on pancake and fold. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve hot. |
