Belorussian milk soup
Ingredients:
4 glasses of milk
2 glasses of water
1 carrot
1 egg
1- 1.5 glasses of flour
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
salt

Directions:
Mix milk with water, make it boil, add grated carrot, salt and boil till it is ready. Add an egg and some water into wheat flour, mix properly. It should be as thick as sour cream and pour it into the soup little by little, mixing quickly. Before the booking end add sugar and butter.
