Ingredients: 900 g meat. 2 c beans. 1 c barley. 2 ea onion. 2 ts salt. 1/2 ts pepper. 2 tb chopped green. 3 l water.
Directions:Soak beans in cold water over a night. Pour cold water over meat, bring to boil and cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Add barley, beans, finely chopped onion and cook on very low heat for 1 1/2 hour. Salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
