Baked halibut
Ingredients:
2 lbs. slice of halibut 1/2 to 1 thick
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Dip halibut in milk to which salt has been added. Then roll fish into finely sifted breadcrumbs. Place in a greased baking pan. Dot liberally with butter. Bake in hot oven (400 deg. F) in uncovered pan 15 to 25 minutes, basting once. Garnish with wedges of lemon and sprigs of parsley.
