Ingredients: 1 Lb. Knockwurst 1 Lb. Bratwurst 1 Lb. Beef Franks 1/4 Lb. Kielbasa 1/2 Ham Hock 4 skinned red potatoes 1 quart jarred sauerkraut (fresh sauerkraut may be used) 1/4 red onion (medium) diced 1/2 fresh tomato chopped 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds 6 oz. Ommegang Abbey Ale 1/4 tsp. German mustard Directions:1. Brown sausages in braising pan. Remove and saute onions, tomatoes, and caraway seeds. 2. Add Mustard and 1/2 kraut. Return sausages and cover with remaining kraut. Add beer and potatoes. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. |
