Ingredients: 3 cups of strawberries 1 cup of crema dulce (sweeetened condensed milk may be substituted) 5 tablespoons of egg nog 3/4 cup of granulated sugar 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Directions:1. Clean the strawberries but keep out the freshest for a garnish. Place the rest on a platter. Coat them with granulated sugar and refrigerate them for an hour. 2. Whip the cream. When thickened, add the powdered sugar and the egg-nog. With a wooden spoon mix well and pour the sauce over the strawberries. 3. Garnish with the fresh strawberries kept apart. Refrigerate before serving. |
