Ingredients: 1 egg 1 dl sugar 1 dl wipping cream 50 g ground almonds 125 g melted butter or margarine 1 dl crumbs of gingerbread biscuits 1 dl crumbs of ryebread 1 dl breadcrumbs 1 dl wheatflour 1 tsp baking powder Garnich: Raspberry jam 1 dl icing sugar 1/2 tbsp water Directions:1. Melt the butter and let it cool down. Mix the baking powder and the wheatflour. Then add the other dry ingredients. 2. Beat the egg and the sugar. Add the cream and the butter. Put the dry ingredients into the mixture. 3. Pour the mixture into small round dishes until they are half full. 4. Bake the cakes in low temperature until they rise, then in 200 C for about 15 minutes. 5. Let the cakes cool down.Decorate them with raspberry jam and glazing of icing sugar and water. |
