Ingredients: Burger: 36 ounce cans chunk light tuna in water, drained 1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper nonstick cooking spray 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns, split Mayo: 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Directions:1. Preheat grill and broiler. 2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Shape mixture into 4 equal patties and transfer to a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Broil burgers 5 minutes per side, until light brown on both sides. 3. Transfer burgers to hot grill and grill 2 minutes per side, until grill marks appear. 4. Meanwhile, to make Horseradish Mayo, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Arrange tuna burgers on buns and top each burger with horseradish mayo. |
