Ingredients: 4 ounces Neufchatel reduced fat cream cheese 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1 pound loaf French bread 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce 3/4 pound sliced roast beef 6 slices Provolone Cheese 6 lettuce leaves Directions:1. Stir together cream cheese and horseradish in small bowl. Set aside. 2. Cut bread in half horizontally. Spread horseradish mixture over cut-sides of bread. Spread cranberry sauce over horseradish mixture. Layer bottom half of bread with lettuce, roast beef, cheese and top half of bread. To serve, cut loaf into 6 sandwiches. |
