Ingredients: 2 whole poached, diced chicken breasts 8 oz. small pasta shells 4 to 6 sliced green onions 1 cup black olives 2 ribs celery 1 cup green pepper 1 cup red peppers 1/3 lb. Feta cheese 4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon Dressing: 4 tsp red wine vinegar ? cup oil 2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp salt & pepper Directions:1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse in cold water; drain well and dry. Mix together all ingredients. Toss with dressing. Will keep 5 days. 2. Dressing: Mix together. |
