Ingredients: 4 cups cooked rice 2 green peppers, chopped 2 stalks celery 16 oz can cooked red kidney beans 4 tablespoons parsley 1/2 cup salad oil 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup water 4 teaspoons paprika 4 teaspoons prepared horse radish 1 teaspoon of onion salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground red pepper Directions:In a mixing bowl, stir together rice, pepper, celery, beans and parsley. Set aside. Combine salad oil, vinegar, water, paprika, horse radish, onion salt and red pepper. Toss together to coat. (prepare a day in advance). |
