Ingredients: 3 cup seedless green grapes 1 lb boneless chicken ? cup raisins 1/3 cup celery, chopped 1/3 cup dates ? cup vanilla yogurt 1/3 cup milk 1 tsp sugar Directions:1. Place chicken in 2 cups salted water. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and let cook 40 to 45 minutes or till no longer pink in the fleshy parts. Cool and cut into cubes. 2. Add celery and fruit. Blend yogurt, sugar and milk together, then stir into chicken fruit mixture. Chill and serve. |
