Ingredients: 100 gms cauliflower 100 gms carrots 100 gms fresh peas 1 potato 50 gms capsicum 50 gms frenchbeans 1 onion 3 cloves 4 green cardamoms 3 cinnamon sticks 6 pepper corns 1/4 tsp while pepper powder 1/4 tsp Powdered garam masala 2 green chillies 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp maida 1 sprig celery 1 tomato 1 inch ginger Directions:Chop vegetables evenly. Chop onion, tomato, slit green chillies. Scrape and chop ginger fine. Put butter in a glass bowl, add all vegetables except capsicum. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes and keep aside. Heat oil on HIGH for 20 seconds. Add maida, cinnamon, pepper corns, cardamom and cloves. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring once in between. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, celery and Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables, capsicum, pepper powder and powdered garam masala. Stir well. Add 2 cups water, cover. Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes. |
