Ingredients: 4 x 75 g large pork ribs or 8 x 60 g small ones 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper pinch of cayenne pepper pinch of chilli powder (optional) 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
Directions:1. Mix together all the herbs and spices and rub well into the ribs. 2. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes, or longer if possible. 3. Grill or barbecue under a medium heat, turning frequently. |
