Ingredients: 1.5 kg potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed 60 ml milk 50 g butter 1 egg 1.2 kg low-fat beef mince 2 medium onions, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 x 400 g can chopped tomatoes 1 tablespoon gravy granules Salt and pepper Time: 55 min Directions:1. Beat milk, butter and egg into the mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper. 2. Place the mixture into a piping bag and pipe "nests" on a greased or non-stick baking tray. 3. Brown under the grill or in a hot oven until golden and keep hot. 4. In a large pan, fry the onions, garlic and mince then add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
