Ingredients: 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions 1/2 pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained 4 (7-inch) pita breads Directions:1. Heat oven to 350 F. Stir together mayonnaise, green onions, cheese, pimientos and red pepper in medium bowl. Set aside. 2. Cut each pita bread into 6 wedges; place onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. 3. Spread wedges with cheese mixture. Continue baking for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. |
