Ingredients: 2 1/2 c flour. 2/3 c sugar. 200 g sour cream. 200 g butter. 2 ea beaten eggs to brush.
Directions:Chop butter with flour finely, add sour cream and knead dough. Shape a ball and leave in a cold place for 1 hou. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out cakes of different forms, brush with eggs and sprinkle with sugar thickly.
