Ingredients: 1 1/2 - 2 lbs meat (chicken, beef ribs or pork steak) rubbed with salt and pepper Marinade: 1 cup soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup sesame seeds, roasted and mashed 1/2 cup chopped green onions Sugar to taste 2-3 slivers of ginger, minced
Directions:Soak in marinade for at least 1/2 hour. Grill meat, basting with sauce until done. |
