Ingredients: 1 large (14x20) oven bag 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 cup orange or apple juice 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 4 pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick Dried basil Seasoned salt 4 medium carrots, diagonally sliced 2 medium Golden Delicious apples, cut in eighths
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in oven bag; place in a 9x13-inch pan. 2. Add orange juice, honey and mustard to the oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Sprinkle pork chops with basil and seasoned salt; place in oven bag. Place carrot and apple slices in oven bag around the pork chops. 3. Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut 1/2-inch slits in top. Bake until pork chops are tender, 35 to 40 minutes. Let bag stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
