Ingredients: 1/2 lb fettuccine 1 tsp butter 1 garlic clove, minced 1 onion, chossped 1 can (15 ounce) lobster Bisque 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 10 oz precooked sliced chicken Directions:Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until softened, stirring constantly. Stir in bisque, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and chicken. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, or until chicken is heated through, stirring frequently. Add the fettuccine, mix well. Serve immediately. |
