Ingredients: 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 2 ounces diced pimentos, drained 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons minced green onions 1 teaspoon sugar 3/4 teaspoon dried whole basil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese 8 ounces cream cheese Directions:Combine all but cheeses in a jar and shake. Cut cheese in squares. Alternate cheese slices. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover and marinate at least 8 hours. Keeps several days. Serve with crackers. |
