Ingredients: 150 g button mushrooms 4 o 5 tbsp seed oil 400 g peeled shrimp fresh or frozen 2 tbsp sesame seeds 2 finely chopped parsley 2 tbsp sherry 1 tbsp lemon juice Directions:1.Heat the oil in the frying pan and brown the mushrooms at lively heat a few seconds. 2.Add the shrimp and the sesame seeds and cook for ten minutes, stirring frequently. 3.Add the sherry, lemon and parsley stir and serve very hot. |
