Ingredients: 3/4 c. rice 1 stick cinnamon 2 c. water 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 c. milk 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 T. raisins Directions:Cook the rice for 15 minutes. Then, rinse in cold water and put into a pot with 2 cups water and cinnamon. Cook over a medium flame until all the liquid has been absorbed. Reduce the heat and add the sugar and the milk. Cook until the rice is done. Add the eggs to the rice. Bring to a boil, then transfer at once to a serving dish and decorate with raisins |
