Ingredients: 3 oz of kimchi 3 slices of bacon 2 cloves of garlic 1 green onion 1/2 tsp of sesame seed oil 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds 1 tsp of soy sauce oil
Directions:Cut bacon slices into 1 inch length pieces. Cut Kimchi into 1 inch length pieces. Mince garlic thin. Chop green onion. Coat oil on a skillet and stir fry garlic until light brown. Quickly add bacon pieces and stir until crisp. Take out about half the oil, using napkins. Add Kimchi and stir. Add soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame seed oil and green onion and stir for short time. |
