Ingredients: 1 cup unsifted all-purpose flour 1 tbsp. double-acting baking powder 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 tbsp. oil Directions:Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Combine milk, egg and oil in mixing bowl; blend well. Add flour mixture and beat until smooth. Bake on hot griddle until bubbly on top; then turn to lightly brown other side. Makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes. |
