Ingredients: Cake: 1 package white cake mix 3/4 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 cup 7-Up 1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup grated coconut Frosting: 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix 1/2 cup grated coconut 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:Combine all the cake ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Combine the whipped topping and pudding mix. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with the nuts and coconut. Store cake in the refrigerator |
