Ingredients: 1 bottle red wine 200 g sugar 10 slices orange 5 slices lemon 1 kg plums Directions:Bring wine, sugar, lemon and orange slices to the boil. Wash the plum thoroughly and add to the syrup. Simmer for 10 minutes and leave to cool in the syrup for a few hours. Serve with whipped cream or creme fraiche. |
